Weichert Realtors-SPM Property Management division focuses on small portfolio investors and Homeowner Association (HOA) management.  Personalized client service is at the heart of what we do every day while managing from your point of view.

Utilizing organized and efficient methods developed over time; we provide our clients the same competitive pricing structure usually negotiated by large volume investors. This allows our clients the opportunity to realize the maximum amount of potential from their investments.

Our current management and maintenance services cover 250 to 300 single family homes and dozens of Homeowner Associations across Memphis, Shelby County, and North Mississippi.

The Property Management division is led by Missy Spore.  Being a licensed realtor for the past 16 years provides her with a deep understanding of the marketplace.  Missy is also a Certified Military Relocation Professional.  Obtaining this certification is personal having been raised in a military family.  Service members are in the best hands whether needing real estate assistance, guidance with the moving process, or navigating the VA Loan Program.
